Six Point Seat Belt

Made out of light strap material. Made my own aluminum attachments to save weight. The shoulder belts attach to tube suspended behind the seat back. This tube is held up by small bungees hooked to the main spar attachment beam. To keep the tube from moving forward a cable is threaded through the tube and over the engine support tube and behind the front motor cross support. To keep the aluminum tube from moving up too high, another cable is run through the tube and down through the gusset holes next to the landing gear legs. The waist and crotch belt is all one strap. It is threaded under the right lower back seat bottom support, forward and over the center support for the stick assembly, and then back under the left lower back seat bottom support. The advantage of the six point harness is that your back does not come off the seat while passing through thermals, and it increases your comfort level.
