Radio and GPS Knee Boards The hand held radio and gps were mounted on aluminum knee boards. A piece of black elastic band with velcro on the ends passes between the board and the radio or gps. The radio is slid down close next to the throttle on the left leg while the gps is placed up closer towards the knee on the right leg. If I slide the gps on down, I cannot see it because of the right hand on the stick. Both the radio and gps can be engine powered by attaching pigtails to each side of the seat cheek board.
