Forgot to put on steel rudder stop before mounting the horizontal stablizer. Fabricated aluminum rudder stop and mounted directly to the horns. Used stainless steel clevis pin instead of bolt to save weight. Mounted nylon spacers to ensure elevator rotation was true.
